I Agree that:

1. This online membership database is the proprietary, confidential information of Beth El Hebrew Congregation, and is provided as a service by Beth El to its members.
2. I represent that I am a member of Beth El Hebrew Congregation.
3. I understand that the online membership database is a service of Beth El to its Members, and that its use must be confined to Temple and social uses.
4. I agree that I will use the information provided in this database only for Beth El and social uses, and that I will not use the information for any kind of solicitation of members, or for commercial or non-Beth El purposes.
5. I further agree that I will not disclose or distribute the information provided in this database to any third party.
